Ashlyn Monitor 17 Series Pressure Balance Tub/Shower Trim

The Ashlyn Monitor 17 Series tub and shower trim kit uses a pressure balance valve to maintain a balanced mix of hot and cold water, preventing accidental scalding during changes in water pressure. Features a lever handle to control the temperature and a separate handle to control the volume. Maximum dial rotation is adjustable between 90 and 180 degrees. The kit comes with a 5-1/4" square rainfall shower head with Touch-Clean spray holes that delivers 2.0 gallons per minute, a shower arm, a 7-15/16" pull-up diverter spout, and a single-function pressure balanced mixing valve trim with a 6" square escutcheon. Does not include rough-in valve which is sold separately.
